ART MAG PROJECT

I was brought in to layout the inaugural issue, the objective was to make this issue feel like it was a standalone work of art – flipping each page being a new experience. Experimenting with texture and negative space gave the layout a grassroots feeling to unite local writers, poets, and storytellers in the southern Illinois area by giving them a platform to share their voice and work with the community.
